Dear FiftyPlusConnect,

I've been wanting to write for so long to let you know how much your site
changed my life. I wasn't going to sign up on any dating site. At my daughter's
urging, I had visited a few sites and found them geared more to my daughter
than to me. My daughter saw an ad for your site, and suggested I take a look.
I said "no," but she went ahead and signed me up. Thank goodness she did!
Within a few months, I'd met my future husband. We were infatuated and
intrigued when we first met, but the feelings turned quickly to something
more lasting. I wasn't sure about marriage at first, but one day he took me
to view the sunset on Look Out Mountain, here in Colorado, and proposed.
Five months later, we were married.

We had a beautiful church wedding. (I can e-mail photos, if you'd like to see
them.) After the wedding, we had a progressive honeymoon, and visited
friends and family who weren't able to come to the wedding.

Thank you for creating a site for "us." It is much needed. I wish your site
much luck. I'm sure you've made other matches, but I wanted to make sure
you knew about mine.
