Hereinafter, the following terms mean:

FiftyPlusConnect.com is referred to as “the site.”

Members, subscribers and other users of the site are referred to as “You.” A subscriber has joined the site by paying/subscribing, and can make use of all site features. A member has signed-up, has a Profile and limited use of site functions. Memberships are free. A user is anyone on the site who may or may not be a member or subscriber.

Profile, photo and/or other site material are referred to as “content.”

Any “content” communicated on the site is “posted.”

ELIGIBILITY: You should be 50 years old or over to register as a member. You must be 18 or over to use the web site. If you do not maintain accurate and current data on your subscription form, or if you violate the terms of this agreement in any way, we have the right to terminate your subscription on the site, and no fees will be refunded. This agreement will be in effect while you use and maintain your subscription. Should you cancel in the middle of a month, your cancellation begins with the next month, and you will have use of the site until that time. Refunds are not given in the middle of a month. You agree to use this site in a way that is consistent with all federal, state and local laws.

NON COMMERCIAL USE BY MEMBERS AND OTHERS: FiftyPlusConnect.com is for the specific use of members, subscribers and perspective subscribers. It may not be used for any other commercial purposes whatsoever. Companies, whether for-profit or non-profit, or any other types of organization are NOT eligible for a subscription, nor are they permitted to use the site for any purpose. No individual or organization may collect usernames or e-mail addresses by any means for any purposes. Any use of names, including sending unauthorized e-mails, linking, creating affiliate relationships or any other unauthorized use of the membership list, e-mail addresses, or the site, itself, will be investigated and prosecuted to the full extent of the law, both civil and criminal. Appropriate redress will ensue.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS: FiftyPlusConnect.com owns in perpetuity all information on the web site. By posting information on the site, you represent that you have the right to post, and the right to grant and warrant the posted information to the site. CONTENT YOU POST ON THE SITE:

1) By signing this agreement, you agree to allow FiftyPlusConnect.com to review all profiles and photos. We reserve the right to delete any profile with inappropriate content which is defined as material that may be offensive, defamatory, profane, harmful, threatening, harassing, abusive, racially or sexually offensive, illegal or which may violate the rights of other members. Even though FiftyPlusConnect.com can not control the conduct of members when they are off the web site, engaging in any conduct which is prohibited by this site will be considered a violation, and membership will be revoked. You may not engage in sharing illegal or pirated copyrighted work or computer programs. If management deletes a profile for the aforesaid reasons, no refund will occur.

2) You are solely responsible for the content you post, and transmit. By becoming a member, you are representing that all material you post and/or transmit is accurate. Should any information change or become inaccurate, you will inform FiftyPlusConnect.com. Furthermore, you agree that you will not post your last name, an e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number or URL in your profile.

3) As a member of FiftyPlusConnect.con you will not transmit junk mail, chain letters, spam or any unspecified material which is not related to the purpose of this site.

4) You may not solicit or advertise anything on FiftyPlusConnect.com.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The web site takes NO responsibility for false or inaccurate claims and/or statements made on the web site by members, subscribers or other users. REFUND POLICY: Subscriptions occurs on a monthly basis. The site offers perspective subscribers the opportunity to browse the site freely. After subscribing, subscribers will be charged on a recurring basis. Recurring charges mean that the subscriber will be charged monthly until the subscriber resigns. If a subscriber terminates a subscription during the course of a month, that subscriber will have use of the site until the end of the month.
